Terms of Service (Beta)
Terms for using Entradigm during the closed, invitation-based beta phase. Last updated: June 2026.
1. Scope and provider
Entradigm is operated by Kerim Agdaci (ByKA Insights), Wolnzach (referred to as "we"). These terms apply to the use of the Entradigm platform by invited users (referred to as "you") during the beta phase. Full provider details are in the Imprint.
2. Invitation-based access
Entradigm is in a closed beta phase. There is no public self-registration; access is granted exclusively by personal invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Sign-in is passwordless via magic link with mandatory two-factor authentication.
3. Beta status
The software is under active development and is provided to you in its current state of development. Feature scope and availability may change; individual features are labelled "roadmap" and not yet shipped. A specific availability (service level) is not guaranteed during the beta. We may adjust or end beta access with reasonable notice.
4. Cost
Use of Entradigm is free during the beta; no payment is required. Costs for third-party accounts you bring yourself (see item 5) are your own responsibility. Future prices will be published transparently and in good time before they take effect.
5. BYO model and responsibility for third-party providers
Entradigm follows a "bring your own" model: you connect your own provider accounts (e.g. AI provider, social publishing, notifications, voice and music services). Responsibility for these accounts, their cost and their terms of use lies with you. We orchestrate the work; we never hold your raw credentials — these are stored encrypted at rest and remain with the connector (see Privacy Policy).
6. Your content and permitted use
You remain the owner of content created and published with Entradigm and are responsible for its lawfulness (including copyright, trademark and competition law). Before publication, every cycle goes through human approval (human-in-the-loop); AI-generated content is labelled per EU AI Act Art. 50. Unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing use is prohibited.
7. Liability and warranty
Entradigm is provided during the beta without warranted properties and "as is". Our liability is governed by statutory provisions; in cases of intent and gross negligence, and in cases of injury to life, body or health, we are liable without limitation. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular those of consumers, remain unaffected.
8. Termination and final provisions
You may stop using the platform at any time and delete your account in the app (GDPR Art. 17). German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
