AI Transparency
AI disclosure per EU AI Act Art. 50. This platform creates and publishes content with the help of artificial intelligence. Last updated: June 2026.
1. AI model and data transfer
Entradigm is an agent-native platform: an agent loop drafts and renders social-content cycles, which are then reviewed and approved by a human. This produces AI-generated content — among other things slide headlines, body copy, caption suggestions, image prompts and voice-over scripts.
AI model: Anthropic Claude (USA) under EU Standard Contractual Clauses 2021/914 (SCC). Data processed: brand description, voice samples, uploaded tenant files, public industry signals.
2. Labelling per Art. 50 EU AI Act
Art. 50(1) and (4) of the EU AI Act requires that AI-generated or AI-substantially-assisted content be identified as such. Entradigm labels all content published by the platform in three places:
- in every published caption (e.g. "AI-assisted / KI-unterstützt")
- in Telegram notifications for cycle review
- as a banner on every cycle detail page (UI banner)
The AI label may not be removed. It is mandatory until counsel re-reviews the specific publication paths. The exact wording is configurable per tenant; the presence of the label cannot be switched off. That is a regulatory floor, not a product decision.
3. Prohibited uses
Entradigm does not use AI for the following purposes prohibited under Art. 5 of the EU AI Act:
- biometric classification of persons (Art. 5(1)(b) EU AI Act)
- social scoring (Art. 5(1)(c) EU AI Act)
- manipulation or exploitation of individual vulnerabilities (Art. 5(1)(a)/(b) EU AI Act)
- predictive policing (Art. 5(1)(d) EU AI Act)
4. Human oversight (Art. 14 EU AI Act)
The human stays in the loop: every cycle goes through operator review (approve / park) before it is published. No automatic publication occurs without human intervention. Every action is logged with provenance and consent, so it remains traceable who approved what.
5. Right to explanation (Art. 22 GDPR + Art. 14 EU AI Act)
